The Village School is the educational component operated by Orange County Public Schools to serve the students in sheltered residence under the guidance and management of Orange County Youth and Family Services. A limited academic curriculum paralleling the regular school curriculum is provided. This residential program serves up to 18 students (ages 6-18) who are temporarily placed due to unforeseen circumstances. The length of stay varies dependent upon specialized referral services.
